Two books that help to overcome your negative thought.
Before writing my next article I want to thank everyone who followed me and appreciate my post so thanks, everyone.
Today I am not writing about any place, I am gonna write about two books that inspire me a lot and gives me a clear point of thinking at some point in my life.
The name of the books are the first one is Tuesday with Morrie and the second is ikigai. These two books are very famous for life motivation.
Tuesday with Morrie
Writing about Tuesday with Morrie is equal to Writing about life experiences and meaning. The most attractive part of the book is, that it will change your prospect and thinking about life.
I found this book on a roadside bookstall where I purchased it for around 120 rupees and the reason why I buy Tuesday with Morrie is the subtitle of the book,
“An old man, a young man, and life’s greatest lesson”
Here the old man was Morrie the college professor and the young man was mitch student of Morrie. Morrie had amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) diseased. The disease took him over, day by day, week by week and as the days and months passed he was not able to move his body part and became mostly dependent on others.
Mitch and Morrie met every Tuesday and talked about problems and experiences of life.
This book is so helpful for me to overcome my thoughts and make my mind clear at some point.
The language of the book is easy to understand and there are a total of 14 meetings between Morrie and mitch which are described in 14 different chapters of the book.
Ignoring the worst part of their life Morrie enjoys every single moment of it. he knew that he was going to die very soon but rather than focusing on that he enjoy sitting on the chair and looking out of the window, listening to his favorite music, meet up with friends.
The sentence which was said by Morrie most of the time is “ love each other or perish”

Ikigai’s book is related to living a healthy and long life. Ikigai is a Japanese word that means “reason to live” or according to the writer, your ikigai is your life purpose.
I brought this book from Amazon for around 200 INR. I heard a lot about this book previously and at the time when I brought this book I was suffering from depression
This book helped me a lot to identify the purpose, ambition, and mission of my life. This book has been told about people who have lived 100+ years and their life experiences.
